At Boyd's Buzzin Landscaping LLC, we take pride in the quality of our work and your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, including offering a re-service at no additional cost when applicable.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

You cancel a service at least 24 hours in advance.

We are unable to complete the service due to a scheduling conflict on our end.

A prepaid service is canceled by us before work begins.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Service has already been completed as scheduled.

Cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours before service time.

Issues caused by conditions beyond our control (e.g., weather, pets, locked gates, unsafe terrain).

Property was not prepared or accessible for the service as agreed.
4. Prepaid Packages
If you purchased a prepaid package of services, refunds for unused services may be prorated and are subject to a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for partially completed services in a package.
